The right Skirting Boards can really make a room. We have worked with many different profiles and know what works.
With so many different styles and materials we will ensure you get the right product for your home. The three main types of skirting boards most commonly used are, Pine, MDF and hardwood. We always tell our clients to choose the pine primed DAR option. it is affordable, durable and when painted looks great. MDF is not something we like as it requires several coats of paint to the undersde to prevent rot. Hardwood is a perfect option if you plan on having a stained look.

Architraves.
Just like skirting Boards, Architraves compliment the room. These two timber elements go together and can make any boring wall or doorway not so boring any more.
We make sure the architraves are properly secured with glue and nails, where others just use nails. Timber expands and contracts and with doors being open and closed frequently, we know that poorly installed architraves lead to cracking, splitting and sometimes just fall off. We never want this to happen to our clients, so we do things the right way.
